Simone Lahorgue Nunes addresses Anti-SLAPP Developments in Brazil at 2025 MLRC Conference

Partner Simone Lahorgue Nunes took part in the Anti-SLAPP workshop at the MLRC Media Law Conference, held in Virginia, United States, on 16 September. Simone discussed recent Anti-SLAPP developments in Brazil, including the Brazilian Supreme Court’s landmark ruling on a case involving judicial harassment against a journalist. 

Specialized anti-SLAPP lawyers from various U.S. states and European countries also took part in the event, sharing insights from their respective jurisdictions.  Their contributions enriched the discussion with comparative perspectives and promoted a robust exchange of experiences among participants.
