She is also a member of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). Camila was awarded the 2023 IBA North American Regional Forum Scholarship for her outstanding essay “Democracy under attack: how it relates to digital platforms’ business model”. Additionally, she won the Professor Alfredo Lamy Filho competition prize for her outstanding exceptional thesis titled “Director’s duties and liabilities in related-party transactions” at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC Rio), where she earned her degree.
